This Alignment Assessment is the check-in you need to identify which areas of your life are out of Alignment.

  • Forty-two questions,

  • Six exercises,

  • Three results.

The Alignment Assessment addresses your romantic relationships, decision-making, speaking up and taking up space, emotions, boundaries, saying no and how you relate to your body. It is your check-in tool, and an investment in your current and future well-being.

Every question is an opportunity for you to deepen your connection to yourself and the life you really want. The Assessment is then divided into three results, each giving you a nice compassionate look at where you are right now.

I then lead you through six coaching exercises that I have used personally. They will allow you to

  • Get to know what Alignment feels like,

  • Stay in Alignment as much as possible,

  • Create the life you really want,

  • Allow yourself to want more,

  • Feel good right where you are now, and

  • Step into more of who you are.
