3 Questions To Find Out Where You're Out Of Alignment

If you’re wondering how to pinpoint exactly where in your life you’re out of Alignment, ask the following three questions:

  • Where are you not being yourself?

  • Where are you not owning what you want?

  • Where are you not asking for more?

Because Alignment begins with knowing who you are, what you want and how you want to feel. These three questions allow you to notice:

  • What areas of your life are not aligned with who you really are, where you’re pretending to be someone you’re not or where you’re hiding the real you.

  • What areas of your life you’re not allowing yourself to want what you want, and to either ask for it, go get it or even speak about it with other people.

  • What areas of your life you’re settling for something that’s good, okay or even something that’s bad for you, because you feel bad asking for more.

In my work with Alignment, I find that asking these questions helps us identify sources of stress in our lives, which makes it easier to take aligned action.
