class 1: i feel stuck. there has to be more to life than this.
When you feel out of whack in your own life, it’s usually the result of a lot of emotional avoidance and self-denial.
“Who I am” and “How I feel” are two things that should never feel wrong or should never have to be questioned. But as society has it, we feel pressure to Be a certain way, and pressure not to Feel or Express our emotions.
Let me break it down for you real simple:
As long as you do not allow yourself to be the person you are meant to be, and as long as you do not allow yourself to feel your emotions AND use them to navigate your life, you will feel stuck, unhappy, dissatisfied, resentful, depressed, anxious and the list goes on.
