When I set out to create this program, I asked myself how I could offer an affordable program every woman could use to finally feel at home in her own body, help her take care of herself with kindness and finally feel good enough as she is. With that in mind, I created the Intensive Program, a ten-week group coaching program. I then picked some very potent tools from that Program, tools that I knew would help women even if they did the work on their own, and created the Light Program. I have done my best to make this program as supportive and empowering as possible, considering there is only so much I can do without live coaching. I am extremely satisfied with the result.

This is an individual coaching program, meaning you would be going through four sections of tools, exercises and resources on your own. I take you through the outline of the program so you know what to expect. For every section, I give you an estimated time, a list of materials needed, a suggestion for the type of environment or workspace to do the work, the type of tool involved, where you might experience resistance and any additional resources that could help to you.
