I have found that healing self-esteem and body image issues don’t have to be more complicated than questioning the beliefs we have about ourselves and others. We have been looking for solutions outside of ourselves for too long. It is my belief that the one thing we need to achieve unconditional joy, which means self-acceptance, moving freely through the world, feeling at home in our bodies, enjoying positive relationships and career, is to learn to trust ourselves again. We minimize ourselves and everything we’re capable of doing and experiencing when we rely on external circumstances to line up for us. The first thing that needs to line up is what we believe about ourselves and our needs.

Allow me to address your audience. Allow me to give them some insight into why things don’t have to be hard or complicated. Allow me to address those women who are just looking to feel free and good enough as themselves. Allow me to give them simple solutions, and allow me to encourage them to believe in their own capacities again.

I am readily available to address feminine audiences in the form of an interview or conversation.

Short Description

Elisabeth launched her coaching practice early 2019. At just 25, she approaches the topics of women’s body image and self-esteem issues from a different standpoint. Her approach, encouraging women to question the thoughts and beliefs that leave them with feelings of either not being enough or being too much. Her coaching motto is “The only work that works is the one you do”. She believes relying on other outside sources of information can be informative but do not create lasting change. She believes we experience positive, lasting change when we find things out for ourselves, which is the main focus of her coaching programs.
