As you’ve probably noticed, my work centers around Alignment and helping women access more of it in their lives. If you’re wondering if this work is for you, check out this blog post I wrote. It outlines the different “Symptoms” of Lack of Alignment.

My training and personal history allow me to be present with you in a compassionate way, all the while being very upfront about what is keeping you from feeling the way you want to feel. I have a very proactive approach and although there is a lot of listening in coaching, there is also very deep work involved.
“Symptoms” of Lack of Alignment:
Having unfulfilling jobs or difficulty choosing a career.
Dissatisfying relationships + repeating the same negative patterns.
Lack of self-trust, such as wondering if you said or did the right thing.
Feeling emotionally, physically and psychologically out of balance.
Experiencing intense highs + lows.
Having the occasional thought that there might be something wrong with you.
Having certain symptoms of depression such as: irritability, resentment, lack of aliveness or purpose, fatigue, and feeling overwhelmed by simple tasks.
There is a simple intake process when it comes to starting a coaching relationship. I offer free intake calls for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
